5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by teh33 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Expiry. All teh33 bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of award, as specified in the promotion terms. Any Bonus Balance remaining unclaimed or subject to incomplete wagering at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. teh33 enforces a one-active-bonus-per-player policy. A player may not opt into a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirement remains outstanding, unless teh33 expressly permits this in writing.
5.4 Abuse Prevention. teh33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where teh33 has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion has occurred. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, and the sharing of bonus-funded account balances.
5.5 teh33 Discretion. teh33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses that have already been validly awarded and accepted prior to the change.
